Alternatively, a faulty hot water element or thermostat falls under customer billing. In cases of excessive hot water use, fret not!

For receiver faults related to Ergon Energy, 3i Electrical will temporarily bridge the relay to restore power, coordinating with Ergon Energy for a permanent fix.
